Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qiyada platform, mobile apps, websites and related services (the "Services"), provided by Qiyada Business FZ-LLC ("Qiyada", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and resident in or operating in the United Arab Emirates (or another jurisdiction we explicitly support). Business accounts may only be opened by authorised representatives.

2. Account and security

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information during sign-up and KYC.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and enable MFA where offered.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@qiyada.biz.

3. Nature of the Services

Qiyada provides a technology platform that orchestrates company setup, visas, accounting, payroll, PRO, compliance, software subscriptions and related operational services for UAE businesses. Where financing is involved, the financing is provided by a licensed financing partner (such as Mawarid Finance) under a separate, Shariah-aligned, disclosed deferred-payment arrangement. Qiyada is not a bank, is not a finance company, and does not provide unrestricted cash lending.

4. Service packages and pricing

  • Pricing for setup packages, SaaS subscriptions and marketplace services is disclosed before you commit.
  • Where a deferred-payment arrangement applies, the total payable amount, term and instalments are disclosed up-front.
  • Government fees, third-party fees and statutory charges are passed through at cost or with a clearly disclosed mark-up.
  • Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in line with the cancellation terms of each service.

5. Marketplace partners

The Qiyada marketplace surfaces independent third-party providers (freezones, accountants, lawyers, PROs, insurers, software vendors and others). Contracts for those services are between you and the relevant provider. Qiyada may receive referral fees or commissions, which do not affect the price you pay unless explicitly stated.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, sanctioned or terrorist-financing activities.
  • Do not upload malware, scrape the platform or attempt to bypass security controls.
  • Do not impersonate others or submit false KYC information.
  • Do not use the Services to support activities prohibited under UAE law or Shariah principles where they apply.

7. Documents and KYC

You authorise us and our partners to verify your identity, sanction status, employment, income, business and any guarantor you nominate. You confirm that any guarantor data you provide has been collected with their consent.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, designs, content and trademarks, are owned by Qiyada or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own business purposes. You retain ownership of data and documents you upload.

9. AI features

The Services include AI-assisted features (assistants, document checks, reminders, scoring). AI output may contain errors and is provided as decision support, not as legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and for verifying critical output.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory reasons, or non-payment. You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement of any outstanding obligations.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is". Qiyada is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the fees you paid to Qiyada for the affected service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the relevant freezone of incorporation. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
